Eugen Schnoor acts in the advisory committee for real estate values at the senate in Berlin and is the chairman of the assessment committee in the Ring Deutscher Makler LV Berlin und Brandenburg, the regional association of German brokers in Berlin and Brandenburg. Steffen Schnoor also acts in the assessment committee and is a diploma expert for the valuation of sites with and without buildings, rents and leases.

Both of them are substantially responsible for the biannual publication of RDM’s price breakdown with the current prices of the real estate market in the Berlin and Brandenburg region. This standard reference for all participants of the real estate market has an edition of 10,000 copies.
