Schnoor Immobilien is a Berlin family-run enterprise which was founded in 1900 by Paul Emisch. The enterprise’s headquarters has been the Emisch Haus, named after the banker, in Berlin Lichterfelde-West since 1902. This house with its remarkable interior design and the numerous façade paintings was described as "architectural and linguistic monument" of the elegant residential area.
As the founder member of the RDM - Ring Deutscher Makler (1924) Paul Emisch with his enterprise felt obliged to seriousness and professionalism from the start - characteristics Schnoor Immobilien is renowned for up to now.
From 1971 - 2007 the company was run successfully and to the utmost customer satisfaction by the married couple Monika Schnoor and Eugen Schnoor in fourth generation. Reliability and seriousness in the support of their customers were not part only of the tradition for the husband and wife entrepreneurs, but were also the most important investments for the future.
Another important step towards an improved customer service was performed with the opening of a real estate shop with an integrated gallery in Lichterfelde-West’s top frequented location at the beginning of 1999. Another real estate shop is located in Kleinmachnow meanwhile. Those additional advantages for customers can offer only few other real estate enterprises.
Of course many years of competence in the real estate sector are as crucial as professional advice and support. So Eugen Schnoor, honorary member of the RDM Landesverband Berlin-Brandenburg e. V., RDM’s regional association Berlin-Brandenburg and member of the expert committee for real estate values in Berlin and Brandenburg, still creates the ideal prerequisites for a successful property sale based on his high degree of experience in the Berlin property market.
Since 2008 the business is run by Steffen Schnoor in fifth generation. Steffen Schnoor is a member of the executive board of the RDM Landesverband Berlin-Brandenburg e. V., RDM’s regional association Berlin-Brandenburg. He secures innovative thinking for the conservative enterprise and continues to provide the long term corporate success with his sense of tradition and likewise acquaintance with new subjects.
